Toddler:  Mama.  Book.  Read.

Mama:  Okay, go pick one out.

Toddler (holding up one pudgy little toddler finger):  One!

Mama:  Yes, baby, pick out one book.

Toddler (holding up both hands, fingers spread):  FOUR!!!

Mama:  (sigh)
